Default habitation licence on agriculture land

Six years ago I bought a small plot of land with a 12x12ft casita and a 50x12ft stable, which are both registered on the title deeds, both buildings have been converted inside for habitation. The outside fasure has never altered in look or dimention,it is self sufficent with Solar. Is it possible to obtain a habitation licence for the above. Our water is supplied from our neighbours well, which is also on the deeds, but we now have new neighbours which want to stop our water supply, can they legally do this?

    Dear Madam,

I strongly doubt you will be able to obtain a Licence of First Occupation for it.

12ft is 3,6 meters. That is a hut what you have which purpose is to store the tools to plough fields, it's not a dwelling.

I refer you to the following thread:

    Yours faithfully,
