    Default Arraigo Familiar

    Hi!

My father just got a spanish passport throught Lei de Memória. And as I'm 31, the only way I could get is living for 1 year in Spain. My question is, can I go with a tourist visa and apply for Arraigo Familiar there? I'm brazilian and my father also lives here.

It´s the only thing I need to know to the next step.

    Thank you!

    Hello luacgr,

Yes, you can apply for Arraigo Familiar if you father was Spanish by origins. Once you settle in Spain and register in a town hall a usual address, you can go to the Immigration Office and provide with all the relevant information. You can find the full information here.
