Tenancy Agreement

I am renting out my apartment but don't have a contract drawn up yet.

I was told about a standard tenancy template which is available through Spains government website & tobacconists. Can anyone point me in the right direction??

Hi Nikki,

Yes, at the Tobacconist´s ( Estanco ) you can find standard rental contracts, however I recommend you to always have a solicitor or legal expert draft and check your contract as each contract is different because not all circumstances are alike, so having the agreement checked will guarantee the right of both parties are utterly protected.
