If you have a long stay permit, you can apply for it to be modified to Larga Duracion UE, that will allow you work in other EU countries. The main documentation will include proof of sources of income in Spain. You can read more informaton about the requirements and process at the Ministry of Home Affairs website, Immigration section, Hoja Informativa Nº 47.
