Default Living in spain 10 yrs, am i def a resident?

Hey, hope you can help. Im an irish woman getting married next year to a dutch guy here in Spain. We´ve been living and working here for about 10 yrs, have NIE numbers, bank a/c´s, jobs, health cards (catsalut) and receive election cards etc. We have wrote ourselves in at the town hall, does that mean we are residents? How would we find out?
    Any help/info would be great.
    Thanks

    Hello,

Spending in Spain more than 183 days per year, makes you a fiscal resident in this country. However to become an official resident you need to request at the police station a 'certificado de registro como residente comunitario'. It is a green A4 document.
