Inheritance in Fuerteventura

Hi, I am trying to find out the legal fees involved in transferring my deceased mother's half of a property in Fuerteventura to my father (whom she left in to via a Spanish will) and dealing with inheritance tax issues. Can anyone give me a rough indication? thanks, Lynsey

Who is the title holder of the other 50% of the property?
Is there a mortgage on the property? If yes, for which amount?
Is your father resident in Spain?
Is he planning reside in that same property?
