I've a question hope I can find the answer ..

I'm planning to study in Spain for MBA just wondering my wife will have a baby on Jan 2012 .. ?

My question is : I'm planning to stay there for 4 years studying so my baby will have a Spanish passport or our passport ??

hello Latinooo,

Your child will acquire your nationality. After one year of legal residence in Spain your child will be able to opt for Spanish citizenship.
