Does a baby born in Spain from an illegal immigrant become a legal resident?

My niece living in spain illegal with her husband since 3month. She is pregnet. Can her baby born get citizenship ?

The baby will only be granted citizenship if he/ she has not been granted citizenship by his/her parent's country/ies of origin. If the baby acquires his/her parents nationality, then after one year of legal residence in Spain the baby will be granted Spanish citizenship.
