Default Are taxes the same for foreign owned companies

Are the tax laws the same for foreign owned companies in Spain as they are for locally owned companies? Say suppose a foreign entrepreneur wants to incorporate a private limited company, will they be taxed the same as a private limited company registered by a local citizen?

Taxes are the same for Spanish companies regardless of who owns them. A different story is what happens when non resident shareholders withdraw money from their spanish company (either in the form of dividends or payment for work done at the company), in which case your fiscal advisor should be able to provide you with the correct figure; non residents are taxed according to their country of residence's laws.
