would there be any issues if say i used uk sparkys to do a full rewire on a property

Hello Jp,

First of all you will need to make sure that the sparky you use is fully qualified to carry out the job, either in Spain or in the UK and that he is registered at the Spanish social security.
If it is a new property, note that the electrician who installs all electrical wiring will need to issue an installation certificate ( Boletin in Spanish) and not of them all are able to do this. They must be registered as an official installer. Without this, the electricity company will not issue the electricity contract.
