i am considering buying a propert in spain through an agreement with a development company called Euroneth. The deal involves a contrcat whereby Euroneth contract to purchase the property back off me in 3 years time for an agreed price. I have asked the sales company what would happen in the event of Euroneth going bust, me having to sell the property and the sale proceeds not being enough to cover the mortgage. The sales agent said that in Spansih law I could just hand the keys back to the bank with no further laibility but I do not think it as simple as that. Would it make a difference if got a letter from the bank confirming that they would not pursue me further in such a situation. I would really appreciate your feedback on this quetions. Many thanks
