No, it's not true. Lawyers of Spain and Lawbird are different companies.

A few days ago Lawyers of Spain moved offices to the same buidling and floor as Lawbird, which is also where the offices of Professional Ideas SL (the company which runs these forums) are located. Their phone number is still the same, but they are experiencing some technical problems with the landlines, which will hopefully be solved in the following days.
