Is Timeshare Legal a legitimate law firm?

I have been contacted by a firm called LAC saying that they were taking a class action against timeshare companies that had taken money from me to sell my timeshare ie ILG ,Reclaim and We Sell Your Timeshare and are asking for legal fees to be paid to continue.I had never heard of them till they phoned me.They have given a lawyer Carlos de Miquel Olivares No Colegiado,831Abogado the case. Do you know of them and is this legal what they are asking?.In the UK it normally on a no win no fee type of thing.I was told of your web site by my local citizens advice bureau.They have contacted me again to tell me they have changed there name to Timesharelegal doing the same service.
