Given there has been no response from anyone to my earlier post - I'll put this here in case I can help others in the future.

I just heard that the appeal by the developers of Green Hills against the first judgement against them has been rejected by the Magistrates in Malaga. So we have won both hearings.

We now await the return of our deposit which legally should be within 20 days. We'll see what occurs...
