Default Must I employ a keyholding company if I rent my property?

Is there a law which says I must employ a keyholding company to hold my properties keys whilst I am out of the country?

    Dear Sir or Madam,

To the best of my knowledge there’s no such law.

The above reply takes for granted your property is freehold and not earmarked legally as “touristic apartment” or else an “aparthotel”.

    Yours faithfully,
