Landlady won't return my deposit

Hi - I need some advice. I rented a room in a house for 2 months - and paid the landlady an 800.00 Euro deposit. She gave me 24hrs to leave the premises, which I did, and I have an email indicating that she would pay me back my deposit upon leaving. She didn't do this. I have now been waiting for over a month to get my deposit back from her. I transferred the deposit via bank transfer and paid my rent via bank transfer. She wrote up tenant agreement stating 30 days notice to evict. What can I do and where do I go to get my money back? Many thanks for any help.
