What is the best way of recovering unpaid community fees. The Spanish law courts take so long and can cause severe cash flow on an Urbanization.

Are you asking if there's an alternative way to going thorugh the law courts?

You could try arbitration. But that has to be agreed by all teh communers, it greatly speeds up teh procedure.
