Rules for letting in Andalucia

DECREE 218/2005

This law rules on the information that must be supplied to tenants on letting a property in AndalucÃ*a.

It doesn't not rule on the let itself as you seem to be interested in.

In AndalucÃ*a, unlike other Spanish communities, we have no such specific letting law. We have the national Tenancy Act (Ley 29/1994) which provides the general legal framework. Then we have specific Consumer laws to AndalucÃ*a, besides national Consumer's law, such as Law 13/2003 and Decree 218/2005.
