    Default community dispute

My husband and I have extended our bedrooms into the terrace and built a storage area after getting Town Hall permission and approval of the community at the AGM. To get approval by the community, the administrator employed an architect to make drawings, take photographs and projected outlooks, this was done by none other than the vice president of the community. At the AGM last year, we got unanimous approval to proceed. There is also a precedent of a neighbouring property carrying out an identical extension. There is no issue with the Town Hall

Now that the work has been completed, the president states that we did not have approval for the storage area and that we should pull it down immediately or face legal action. We have shown him the plans wherein we did get approval, but he will not retract his statement. We have offered to pay for and have planted some shrubs in the community garden that will 'camouflage' the works, but have failed to reach agreement.

    What is our position?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

But in the AGM was it expressly approved for you to build a storage room besides extending both the bedrroms and terrace?
