Best way to rid of Spain properties

Hi all,

Sadly like most I'm struggling to pay on the two flats I got in Spain in 2008 and in arrears.

What's the best way I can get rid of them at the moment in 2015?

Are Dacion en Pago currently being accepted?

If I was to be declared bankrupt in the UK would they be happy to take the flats as repossession or would they still come after UK assets?

I can't promise to help - I'm in a similar position. However I'm always open to try and help. Do you have details of your two properties e.g. location, pictures, outstanding mortgage and remaining term, monthly mortgage payments, rental income.
