Refused access to comunidad pool

Can I be refused access to the comunidad swimming pool if my landlord has arrears of community fees ?

Hello Mikeamapola,

That will depend on the Community´s Statutes and on the Internal Rules of the use of the Community Pool, agreed by the Community of Owners ( usually voted in a GM). A swimming pool is not a necessary element for living, and therefore, use and access to it can be regulated by the CO.

I recommend you to check on the Statutes, by approaching the Community Administration office.
