Default Can we use armbands in a residential pool in Ponta Prima Spain?

Hi, My parents live in Ponta Prima Costa Blanca. They have a communial pool for residents and their families to use. We are going to visit in 2wks and my mum has said we cannot use armbands/swimming ring in the pool for our 6 & 1 year old boys? She thinks this is the law, please could someone confirm for me. Many thanks. Dionne

    Dear Madam,

I'm not aware of this law you mention.

I'm quite sure of the opposite, you must use armbands for your children, as it stands to logic for safety reasons.

Maybe your parents are referring to some Community Bylaw that disallows it.

    Smile RE: Communial Bylaw

Many thanks for your prompt response. You mentioned a community bylaw, how can I find out if one has been forced for the use of armbands as you can tell of my concern to this matter.
    Thank-you again Dionne

    Dear Madam,

Your parents will be able to provide you with a copy of the Communitie's Bylaws. I would find it surprising there is any mention forbidding their use.

    Regards,
