Hi, I am a teacher in a British school in Spain and we have just received our September pay and we have been deducted 200€ for each child I have in the school. Is this a new law? If so which one? Can the school reduce my salary without warning? Is there anything I can do to get my old salary? I have a fixed contract and I have worked in the school for 5 years.

Has anyone else come across this? The school says it is a new tax but nobody seems to know about it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
