starting online business

Hi,

I want to start online business in madrid and business will be operated from home.

1. do i need to register the business in spain.
2. can you please tell me what else i have to do to start my businees in form of regesteration process.

While a regular business is needed to be registered, on the other hand, an online business seems trickier. You can ask some advice to the proper authorities in your area on what should be the proper action for this. You don't want the government imposing laws against you while you're already running your business.

I think you can do it. If you want to start a business, at first you have to contact the business authority of Spain. After that you can make some business rule of Spain. Good luck.

I am pretty sure that you need to register your new business even if it's online, and pay taxes as "autónomo". Cheers
