    Default Community Rules

Our apartment is registered in my pre marriage name only on the deeds (escritora). I am now legally married and my husband wishes to put himself forward as a committe member and maybe President of the community. Is he entitled to stand as my husband and would he be able to vote.

    Dear Mrs. Cannon,

Your husband can vote by means of a proxy or authorisation that you can grant him; However, he cannot be a President or Commitee member as he is not the registered owner of any property in the Community.
