    Default Lift decommission

    Dear all
We have a top floor appartment in Villamartin and the community on the 1st and 2nd floor want to decommission the lift due to the cost and we as top floor residance do not want this is happen as we all purchased the property knowing the lift was part of the building. Can I stop them as I am prepared to take this legal on my own if necessary but I want to know if I have a chance of winning before what I can see could be a huge outlay.
The are actually 2 blocks of 12 appartments and the commitee wants to decommission both sets and there are many people who rent propoerty and also a few live there and this will seriously affect rental and some of the live in will find it hard to carry anything to there apartment like shopping etc....

Thanks for any help in advance

    Dear Sir,

Of course you can challenge it. Being your property on the top floor it will be yourself the most affected.

Do the whole Community of Owners agree to remove it?
