Does anyone have any dealings with Del Prado & Partners Solicitors based in Nerja?

I am in the process of buying a holiday home in Spain and I am using them as my solicitors. They have a B number B92488741

I have been asked to pay the remaining amount (20,000 Euros) 15 days before the final notary meeting, is this normal practice?

I just want to make sure I'm not being scammed of my mothers inheritence!!

Id appreciate any advice or experience of buying a property in Spain to reassure me
