    Default firdt occupation licence

    First of all

My Question is very simple: I applied in 2000 for a building licence for a villa in an approved urbanisation of Mijas Pueblo. I received my licence June 2001. Building was finished beg 2002.
sine July 2001 h2o, Elc, and Tel is in my name. I did not need the 10 year guarantee
My Fin de Obra I received 2009. I am registered in the land registry.
Now I consider to sell the house. Do I need a occupation licence????
    ??
Thanks for your answer and best rds

    Hello Georg,

Yes you will need your 'Licencia de primera ocupaciĆ³n'. In order to apply for it you will need to present in the Town Hall your ' Certificado de Final de Obra' as well as any other documentation they require from you.
