    Default Gibraltar

    Hi there

    A question:

If a foreigner living in Spain (European Comunity) has a company on his registered in Gibraltar and the majority of his clients are companies in Germany, is it of any advantage to actually invoice clients from Gibraltar company as oppossed to a Spanish Company.

I understand a Gibraltar Company does not pay much if any corporate tax in Gibraltar, so that means one safes the "impuestos sobre sociededes" but still would have to declare the income paid out to the owners as income in my "declaracion der IRPF" is that correct?

Can a Gibraltar company open a represention in Spain ( like an S.C.) to have people working for that company, or is it more recommandable to employ people in the Gib company assuming they don't need an office in Spain as they would be either on the road or working from home ( sales people )?

    Anyone experience in this?
