That information is not publicly available. The title deed will reflect the declared price but it's access is restricted. You cannot walk into a notary and request a coipy of such a title deed without proving your legitimate interest.
If you know his name and surname and if he used a mortgage to finance the purchase you can more or less guess commanding a nota simple for the land registry.
