Squatter in my property

I own a property in Murcia Spain and have just found out that someone has moved into the house without my permission. I left the porperty uninhabitable with all of the utilities switched off and secure about 2 years ago and am paying the mortgage. The idea being that I will refurbish/rebuild in a few years time. Apparantley they have refurbished the property including new windows front gate etc etc. What can I do to get them out and return my property to its original condition.

Take out all the stuff they have done ASAP
