Inheritance on Spanish resident

Hi

My father retired to live in Spain and has since paid tax in Spain and would likely die there. As a spanish tax paying resident under spanish inheritance tax law would they include his worldwide assets when calculating the tax to be paid. I am the only beneficiary and i live in the UK.
