Age for Nationality Rights for son on behalf Spanish father.

I took juramento 20/04/22, On 26/04/22 my son will become 21 years old.
My question is

1. can he get nationality on my behalf? (At this time he has residence card).
2. If yes he has to pass the nationality exam also?? He is studying Electrial Engineering(in English) in spain.
