Will the bank remortgage my property

Is it possible to ask a bank for a remorgatge on my existing morgatge for an extra 30.000euros so I can pay a tax bill?
I rent the property out as a holiday rental and now have a tax bill which was declared incorrectly in 2006 (thanks to my gestor)
If they can't loan me the money I can't afford to pay the tax bill which will result in an embargo against the property, so I want to avoid this at all costs. thankyou

Every bank works differently so you will only know if you check with them. The best thing is to set an appointment with the bank manager and explain the problem you currently have.
