I jointly own a spanish property with my mum, which is approx 50% mortgaged.
I wish to relinquish my interest in the property and my mum is happy to be the sole owner and sole borrower on mortgage. We are not resident in Spain.
Can anyone assist with what the due process is with 1. lender and 2. the land registry / title
