Hello,
What is the time that an EU citizen (German) has to be registered as a residence in Spain?
If I stay in Spain for 3 months and then go out, and than come back do I have still 3 months before the need to register as residence (2012 July Act) or should wait 1 year/3 months back in Germany? I dont have any assets, I just enjoy the sun as a tourist.
