My wife and I are pensioners, tax resident in AndalucÃ*a for 5 years
Our 2 children are married and UK resident.
Our house here is fully paid up, we have some savings in a Spanish bank, but the bulk is in offshore accounts (Guernsey and Isle of Man).
How would our estate be taxed, if we both died leaving everything to our son & daughter ? Do we need a Scottish will to cover our offshore accounts ? Is it only our Spanish assets that would be taxed in Spain?
