Apartment Blocks - Fire Extinguishers

Could anyone please advise if there is a law that says the community of owners have to provide fire extinguishers on each floor of an apartment block on that urbanisation

I read somewhere that under EU law there will soon be new fire safety regulations and it will become a legal requirement that any rented property contains fire safety equipment. A property will need to contain fire safety items as required by the regulations, a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

Do you know if this is correct please and if so, when this law is likely to be introduced in Spain ?

Under current law does each floor of an Apartment Block just need a fire extinguisher and if so is any specific type required as a minimum ?
