Please can any one give my husband and l want to exchange our house with a house in another country, the trouble is we have a loan on our house that runs for another 18 months and by the time we want to move it will be 1 year left to pay, we have offered to guarantee monthly payment the same as it is now by signing any legal papers that would be necessary as the people want in.
