Rights to a house
My mother-in-law bought a home in Spain 6 months ago, 3 months before she met some-one whilst looking for homes and they got together just before she bought the house.
They relationship has since broken down. His name is not on any title deeds at all, but there is some concern he might stake some claim on the property.
Is he able to do this or does he have no rights at all.

Dear Sir/Madam,
He would not have any rights in principle.
I take it your mother-in-law is British, they are not married and the property is lodged only under her name.
