I have submited an application of NIE renewal in May 2011 in Toledo. I have checked several times my application status on web, That is still showing "Ïn Progress", I want to know the total duration of renewal process that Toledo office will take. My first card's limit was 1.6 years. My new card will be valid for 3 or 5 years? Pleae guide me.
