Why have so many seemingly intelligent people (myself included) been duped into buying property in Spain when it is obvious that the whole process of fraught with dangers from unscrupulous estate agents to corrupt banks? Personally, I would like to see the whole country NUKed and then my personal Spanish nightmare would be over!!
