Can I be held responsible

I'am in the process of selling my terrace house (Masa Aurora) , my administrator now tell me my neighbour wants to denounce me.
The house we are selling has a underbuild with no dampness or moisture but our neighbour is claiming that the dampness in his underbuild is due to us watering our garden which is a 330cm wide and runs along the garden wall that seperates our gardens.
This garden border starts approx half a metre from were the wall joins the house this section is concrete.the rest of our garden is tiled, our neibour has completely tiled his garden.
