View Full Version : Is there a supervision law on sex-offenders in Spain?
I'm making a research on rehabilitation & legal aspects of sex offenders over Europe.
Is there is a supervision law on sex-offenders that already served their sentence (with or without prison),
I'd like to have a reference to that law. preferably in English.
Thanks,
Idan

More than 100 reviews and not a single response? :-)
I repeat my question please, I believe the answer is commonly known by citizens of Spain:
Is there a law in Spain of supervision and monitoring on sex-offenders after they served their sentence?
I mean, not only registration, but also active monitoring by official supervisors within the community.
Similar law exists in U.S. and Australia, as demonstrated at :
https://www.qld.gov.au/law/crime-and-police/crime-prevention-and-statistics/managing-sex-offenders-in-the-community/
Thanks,
Idan
