How to renew my Regime Comunitario resident permit

Hello,
i want to renew my Spanish comunitario resident permit but i have some problem i need a help on what to do.
I am married to an English woman from England and my comunitario resident permit is going to expire in 3 months time, and the woman said she is not going to come because we are not together any more and she don´t want a Divorce i don´t know what to do to be able to renew my resident permit
Please tell me what i can do.

For you to keep the regimen comunitario, you need to prove you still have the same relationship with the Eu citizen; that is, that you are still married and registered in the same address. If you are unable to prove this as you are no longer married nor living together, you will have the option to apply for Long stay residence card based on the fact that you have been living in a regular situation for 5 years and you are either working ( salaried or self employed ) or that you have sufficient sources of income to cover your own living expenses.
