Hi,
I am over 30 years of age, non-eu student.
in few days I will be interviewed by a company for a full time position.
Was wondering if under my student visa I can work full time.
If not, is there another option such as doing internship for 1 year, then temporary contract, and then full time contract (after 3 years of staying in Spain)
Thanx

Hello Rronnald25

As you are student you can only work part time, during the hours that you are not attending the educational center.

You can then, after finishing the course, and after expiry of your student visa, apply for an internship, and that will entail changing your status and applying through a different process:Click here (http://extranjeros.empleo.gob.es/es/InformacionInteres/InformacionProcedimientos/Ciudadanosnocomunitarios/hoja006/index.html) for specific information.

However, again, this is not a work permit; the internship must not have a lucrative end. A work permit can be applied for along with the internship visa, and again for part time work only.

Regards,
