Community AGM.

How many owners have to present to allow an AGM to start ? we are a commuidad of 28 properties with equal quotas. Thanks for any guidence or comments.

Hello Mikeamapola,

There are differences between the first Call and the second one.

There is a minimum number of attendants required for the first Call; the majority of owners representing the majority of the participation quota. For the second Call there is no minimum quorum required.

The votes of the president and of those he represents have the same value than that of any other owner and the agreement can be made only with the President´s presence -with or without its representation - in the second call as far as it has been correctly executed.
