Marriage registration

Hi,

I live in Denmark and my boy friend lives in Spain. He is from Iran, and is undocumented. He is, however, registered in the city council (Padron). Now I want to marry him in Spain. My question is: Can I go and marry him directly, or do I have to register first in the townhall for few months, and only then I can marry him.

Each Civil registry requires different periods of time, so I recommend you to ask at the closest one to you.
