Legal status of Psilocybin?

Hi there,

I was wondering about the legal status of Psilocybin (also known as magic mushrooms/truffles) in Spain. Are they illegal to buy? To grow? To sell? Does anybody know where I can find concrete legislation regarding this?

Hi Pedro,

According to The Telegraph, the Czech Republic and Spain are the only two European countries where possession and cultivation of magic mushrooms is legal.
