About marriage And Resident permit

hi

i am non EU(Bangladesh) but i lived in Italy last 2 years with Italian Residence Permit . I just got married to a Spanish girl in Italy and my wife live in norway.
but i want to move in norway. so is it possible that without spanish resident permit my wife applying for me and its important that i need a spanish resident permit or not because i have all ready italian resident permit. please advice me and if i nedd spanish resident permit , so Suggest me the right way what is the procedure to get a spanish resident permit.

This question must be answered but the Norwegian Immigration authorities, as the aim is to settle in Norway and not Spain, so I recommend you to ask at Norwegian Immigration forums.
